 Worked as a Closing Agent for BBVA Bank, USA.  Verified tax and insurance premium amounts and added applicable items to the respective HUD line items when invoices were provided.  Prepared and sent closing instructions, including all insurance and tax declaration pages, survey, final inspection, flood certificate, name affidavit, address affidavit and related documents as a closing instruction package to the correct settlement agent based on CPL and wiring instructions.

Managed multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring timely completion of all assignments.  Maintained high levels of data confidentiality by adhering to company policies and procedures.  Worked as a US Mortgage Underwriter for Nationstar Mortgage.  Calculated income from pay stubs and income documents.

 Worked as a Credit Underwriter in personal loans for Barclays Bank, UAE.  Validated all customer-submitted documents and liabilities, calculated income based on documents and approved eligible loan amounts as per bank norms.  Contributed to the quality team by sampling team-approved loans.
