As Senior Application Analyst, I was spearheading the SuccessFactors Implementation for Employee Profile, Performance Management, Learning Management System, Recruiting Management System and Onboarding. Acted as the HCM subject matter expert in the SAP Environment. Served as a focal point between the functional areas and the applications & development consultants and offer support for the rest of the project team as required. I was responsible for facilitating and gathering/documenting requirements and developing functional design specifications. I developed configuration knowledge manual for the SAP system to document and carry out knowledge transfer.
