In telecommunication domain, I manage all testing and release management activities of more than 30 project/programme which includes in-house development, third party development and integration project, with 10 test teams and a release management team.

I worked in a document and archive management project and I was responsible for: • leading and managing test team • coordinating subcontractors test teams • defining testing strategies • managing test process

In simulation domain, I worked in three different projects (helicopter simulation, pushback simulation and train simulation). I was responsible for: • prepare and manage test processes • plan, prepare and conduct system tests • collect related metric data • improve test processes

In defense industry, I worked in Peace Eagle project (C4I system) and my main work area was radar simulation. I was responsible for: • leading IntSim group ,that is sub-group of MCS-Software Test Group(STG) • as a peer, evaluating plans and products of groups whose is related with STG in project’s development processes. • giving courses about CMM Level 3 Test process to STG • responsible for training new comers to STG

In defense industry, I worked in Peace Eagle project (C4I system). I was responsible for: • leading Havelsan side test group • as a peer, evaluating plans and products of groups whose is related with STG in project’s development processes. • participate test process improvement work-group according to CMMI • plan, prepare and conduct system tests

In defense industry, I worked in two projects for TMRC system (C3 system) and my main work area was ground radars. I was responsible for: • Preparing & conducting test documentary and plans, • integration of products and inter-communicating with other groups in company, • collecting statistical test data for metrics covered in CMM Level 3.
