Managed E2E transition and delivery activities for a team of 83 FTEs (which includes 6 value streams, 18 Agile PODs & 30 On /53 Off FTEs) in a vendor consolidation engagement of a leading US Credit card provider.

Responsible for E2E activities (system test, chain test, production acceptance test) of an agile test project.Activities also includes designing test , test execution, automating test scripts- ATDD, providing demo to product owners. Technology : Java,CRMi/Siebel,SAP Insurance

• Managed E2E implementation of SAP Loans product in a multi-vendor engagement and led a team which includes employees from Cognizant, SAP AG Germany, Ordina and B2tec for one of the largest and first implementation of SAP IS banking services project in continental Europe(Second implementation Globally) • Responsible for building Test Architecture and Strategy for Cognizant test team in close cooperation with customer business team

• Responsible for End-to-End Test delivery of Cognizant to ensure the quality of the Cognizant SAP BW/BI business Solutions delivered to Customer • Monitor various test levels w.r.to product quality and timelines risks and apply appropriate risk mitigation procedures and control mechanism • Created test process and setup a new 6 member team at offshore for the SAP Testing practice

• Involved in the testing multiple applications in a third party testing engagement for one of the world's largest Banking & Insurance customer based at San Antonio, Texas,USA. • This engagement was executed in a lean agile methodology at client site and as Test Coordinator I was responsible to manage offshore team from Texas, USA and perform automated regression testing using HP QTP

Started my career as a tester and Involved in testing multiple front-end applications of one of the world's largest telecom customer in USA and helped to achieve their product quality within the expected standards and timelines.
