• Create, support, and maintain ongoing operational, managerial, and executive business intelligence infrastructure; • Extract data and perform analysis on activities of the brokerage business; • Analyze existing reports and data sources; develop innovative prototypes to identify improvements with the reporting process; • Design the conceptual, logical and physical data models necessary to support new reporting and data analysis.

• Develop regular export data from Billing and Data warehouse • Create documentation of all necessary procedures and reports • Develop complex reports, prepare/process set of data for crosschecking • IT and Billing data monitoring, services creation • Optimize SQL and PL/SQL code

• Implementing all the Database part for creating the full information systems, including CRM and reporting: • Modeling the database design • Developing the back end part with PL/SQL and PHP • Migration of data from other data storages i.e. MySQL, Access, CSV to Oracle and transformation according to current data model and requirements • Design and develop databases tables, triggers, stored procedures, backup, restore and disaster recovery plans

• Database development, analyzing customer credit risks with reporting • Supporting operation and maintenance of SMSC, Billing systems and VAS systems of Beeline Armenia • Participating in testings of new products • Administration of billing applications and platforms • Monitoring the systems activities to ensure smooth operation of interfaces and applications • Generate/monitor systems reports and performance as required

 Support users of Auto Cad, Ms Office, Windows  Giving Auto Cad lessons after classes  Assisting students in diagrams and drawings  Resolve hardware / software issues on desktop / laptop PC, network printer  Administer and maintain server and LAN network equipment to ensure high availability and high performance of the systems  Maintain and update technical support document, IT report and policy
