-Created process control charts for production measurements of the “Kosovo B” Coal power plant -Constructed and implemented a Six Sigma course for the management and lead engineers. The course’s purpose was to familiarize the employees with quality control tools and the potential use in their business -Oversaw repairing process of a 300 MW steam turbine and created a final report in the format of an introductory packet.

-Defined Process Specifications for equipment in the High Temperature Research Centre (HTRC) (Post-cast turbine production processes: Core Leach, Electro-Etch, Finish and Maintenance) -Formulated IT integration requirements for processes mentioned above -Constructed preliminary blueprints for the HTRC (using AutoCAD)

-Researched local markets on high value crops such as apples, pears, berries -Developed a 15 year project plan to convert 1000 hectares of land in rural villages to industrial scale, high-value crop plantation -Helped coordinate Philip Kotler’s Conference “Marketing 3.0” -Co-Developed new company website (www.seemda.com) with IT personnel
