Provides rotational pager support for Multimedia Platform OAM (Application and Media App. Products). Acts as a technical escalation point of hot issues during 24/7 for international customers. Cooperates with regional technical engineers (T1) and design team (T3). Cooperates with regional technical engineers to understand customer's request with details. Cooperates with design team to track down and fix software issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsible for technical support(Tier2) of Ribbon Communications products; Application Platforms & Clients (Application and Media Application Servers) Works closely with global customers such as (US Gov, Vodafone, Verizon, BT etc...) to fulfill their requests at the earliest, considering to meet the SLA requirements based on company agreements and case severity. Identifies configuration/software/hardware issues on customer end, assists to collect data in case of need.

Implemented and maintained robust security measures, including firewalls, against malicious attacks. Configured network systems (Switches, Routers) and developed in-depth knowledge of Security, Vulnerabilities, OSI Model, Data, Network, and Transmission Protocols. Demonstrated a proven track record in optimizing network performance for a secure environment. Exhibited commitment to proactive monitoring and continuous improvement in computer and information security systems.

International work experience in the USA as a university student via global cultural exchange programme.
