I was responsible for the entire procurement process on the international market— from supplier search and selection to goods receipt and coordination of warehouse logistics. My responsibilities also included procurement and budget planning, monitoring supplier contract compliance, conducting audits, managing document flow, and collaborating closely with all company departments.

I was responsible for the smooth import of materials and components, as well as the export of finished products to approximately 60 countries worldwide via various modes of transport. My tasks included working with freight forwarders, managing insurance contracts, conducting transport tenders, and handling documentation.
