- Performing technical evaluations of steel structure manufacturers, analyzing their production capacity, and approving the best candidates in compliance with international standards. - Supervising procurement process of the required machineries and equipment at the best payment and delivery terms through performing pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation, and preparation of contracts.

- Managing the process of launching the first EBNER production line in the Middle East. - Monitor and assess all stages of steel structure production (Inner Cover) in accordance with international standards - Supervising welding tests and evaluating welders’ skills to ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Manage manufacturing and procurement processes of required components for the production project of 58 luxury passenger coaches according to the scheduled deadlines and less than the estimated budget. - Perform cost analysis of the required components and set appropriate benchmarks to get the best possible deal. - Overseas technical approval as well as technical review of required manufacturing components in terms of material selection and production process

- Increasing the production rate and productivity by providing a stimulating atmosphere, motivating teams, driving materials management and directing safety training programs while the production budget met. - Continuously improve saving costs, meeting production standards, and maximizing efficiency by developing effective production plan, process improvement, optimizing workflow, and focusing on fact-based problem solving as well as effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, and materials
