Assessing the Tehran Bicycle Master Plan - [Tehran Municipality] - 2022 - Defined key performance indicators (KPIs) of implementing the Master Plan for 3 years including hardware, software, and org-ware KPIs. - Gathered data and analyzed including Quantitative and qualitative data for more than 100 projects. - Assessed KPIs and provided insights and solutions for cycling development of more than 3% in Tehran for decision-making and stakeholders.

- Developed feature lists of sharing micro-mobility mobile apps (2 apps) for users and the operation team. - Developed an operational plan (6 months) and success KPIs for a scooter-sharing program saving 3 months of preparation to run the project. - Managed operation team in a pilot scooter-sharing project and ran the project for 3 weeks in a creational area in Tehran.

Cycling infrastructure data management • Managed a team of 3 junior transportation engineers and collected Tehran's cycling infrastructure data (picture, location, and capacity) including 1200 bicycle racks, 200 KM bicycle routes, and 20 ramps. • Linked photos and information on infrastructure to geospatial data, building informative maps Using ARC GIS software resulted in 14GB of data. • Extracted insights from maps and reported to managers including locating 110 new bicycle ramps on pedestrian bridges.
