planning for appropriate opening stock of products based on agreed days of coverage and plan based on Demand Schedule in Biennial, Yearly, Monthly and Weekly basis, deliver the Weekly Production Plan to the Production Managers and control daily production reports and stoppages and taking needed actions for compensating production discrepancy, quick response to any Sales over-demand, hold Daily, Weekly and Monthly meetings of production review, SRM (Supply Review Meeting), Pre-S&OP and S&OP meetings.

I successfully implemented all warehouse best practices, I used to manage and train newcomers and control their daily tasks, keep the inventory accuracy level at 100 percent by supervising cycle counting, and implement & update KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) based on Factory & Department Operational Master Plan. I also implemented TDC (total delivery cost) reduction project which decreased the company's label purchasing cost by 50% in a year.
