• Processing incoming / outgoing mail. • Typing (A/E) & maintaining the filing system • Preparing internal memos & commercial correspondence • Organizing appointments & arranging meetings for VIP's. • Coordinating & following up with all departments • Arranging official missions (aviation & hotel reservations) • Managing / following up some financial matters • Hard working specially under pressure, persistent, loyal & helpful. • Ordering different kind of goods and follow up shipments.
