Prepared and analyzed samples using ultracentrifugation, gas chromatography (GC), UV-vis spectroscopy, titration, pH-metry, and dry combustion methods. Optimized a GC-MS method (SQ-Thermo Scientific, Chromeleon) for quantifying 16 Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) from wood tar extracts.
