Providing support of in-house developed and open source applications at the IRC, besides supervising the M&E/ICT team in Turkey Program Achievements: - Voucher Verification System (Online&Offline Version): to create secured vouchers -QR code/NFC- in order to distribute them for beneficiaries, in addition to providing android app to our vendors that can redeem the vouchers and send the redemption attempts to the server. - server side: PHP, Yii, Mysql - CP: HTML + Angularjs - client side: Android.
