My role works closely with Area Managers & Regional VP's to understand the needs of the business, as well as the sourcing team to collectively identify, attract and interview the best candidates for Gartner. For nearly 4 years I worked in a boutique HR agency as a Researcher, finding and placing senior HR candidates. For the final 2 years I also managed a team of Researchers.
