The division operates in the Oil & Gas, Power and Industrial Segment of construction in Nigeria; Clients are typically private, industry and market leaders, both national and global players; Projects range from roads/bridges and major civil scopes (cement factory, marine quays and jetties) to turnkey building projects as well as EPC industrial projects;

Procter & Gamble Baby Care Capacity Expansion Project; EPC lump sum turnkey construction of a Pampers factory for Procter & Gamble.

Lagos-Badagry Expressway, Lot 1; A major infrastructure project for the Lagos State Government; inner city road and bridge construction under extremely difficult environmental conditions in an African Mega City; 10 bridges and 10-lane road expansion as part of the Trans-African Highway Scheme; Responsibility for 1,000 Nigerians and 30 expatriates

ExxonMobil Interim Office and Accommodation Complex; the turnkey building project was successfully awarded to JBN.

Execution of two fast-track projects: a turnkey temporary office park for 250 staff (ExxonMobil) and an earthmoving project (Chevron); both projects were “door openers” and of critical importance to JBN’s business development. Successfully completed, we have subsequently been awarded major follow-on projects with both Clients.

Nigeria Olokola LNG Project; Client Consortium consisting of British Gas, Shell, Chevron and the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC); Main Contractor Technip; at an overall planned project investment of approximately 10 billion US$, we have tendered for a significant amount of civil works; the project has been indefinitely delayed for political reasons.

Eastern Gas Gathering System Phase 1 Pipeline; At a diameter of 40” and 84km, this is Nigeria’s largest swamp pipeline (gas), built for Shell during a period of high civil unrest in the Niger Delta, under elevated security measures; Responsibility for 1,000 Nigerians and over 40 expatriates

New Atlas Cove Jetty Project; A turnkey Receiver Terminal for Diesel, Petrol and Kerosene that provides significant amounts of Nigeria’s White Product import; built for the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation.

Bonny LNG Expansion Project; Client TSKJ Consortium (Technip, Snamprogetti, KBR, JGC); Civil Works for LNG/LPG Tanks Ø 60m (3 Tanks), EPC of a 700m LPG jetty

Client TSKJ Consortium (Technip, Snamprogetti, KBR, JGC); Major infrastructural and civil works for Nigeria’s first LNG Plant: including major train foundations, offloading jetty, LNG jetty, underground piping works, roads and drains, marine outfall and a 9 Hole Golf Course.
