Lead the site MS&T organization; responsible to maintain and improve scientific oversight for manufacturing processes and technical changes. Responsibilities: – Team lead with up to 15 direct reports – Responsible for all launch and transfer activities at the site incl. financials – Owner of process improvement and cost optimization projects – Technical oversight of packaging transfer-out program

Responsible for leading the manufacturing site in line with all legal / regulatory requirements and Novartis business goals. Responsibilities: – Management of a total site population of approx. 400 associates – Budget preparation and presentation to global leadership team – Involvement in site optimization and transformation projects – Successful execution of U.S. FDA inspection

Responsible for developing the strategies and capabilities to implement continuous quality and productivity improvements at the site. Responsibilities: - Preparation of strategic roadmap for the site – Running multiple key projects, e.g, OAE and yield improvement projects – Direct leadership for two PU OpEx leaders and coach for various OpEx project leaders

Project team leader at the site, responsible for technology transfer activities, including scale-up from development. Ensures efficient cooperation with all involved functions.

Owner of process knowledge for assigned products throughout the commercial life-cycle. Maintains oversight on process capabilities, ensures process robustness, Ongoing Process Verification and continuous improvements.

Supports the Process Units in all process- and product quality related topics. Works on process improvements.

Implementation of identity testing procedures for raw materials at the site using Raman and NIR spectroscopy.
