- Working as Security Engineer with Check Point Security Solution. - Setup and support of customer specific security implementations based on Check Point. This includes the planning and realisation of Gateway upgrade processes, site2site tunnel and clustering configuration, as well as access policy and intrusion prevention management.

- Consultant as part of an "Abroad-Program" in Helsinki. - Technical implementation of a financial reporting solution based on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase. - Consulting and realisation of customer's processes in cube-based solution. - Planning and consulting efficient data flows, automated calculations and validations in coordination with the customer. - Test support and training of the provided solution.

- Working at the interface: Software Development <-> Software Support/Incident Management. - Combining Service Level-driven support and Scrum-driven software development. - Ensuring structured and rapid production releases in strong coordination with customer's needs and support requirements. - Focus on quality-driven software releases, efficient incident prioritisation and service level management in terms of defect analysing and fixing.

In parallel to my academic studies I worked as a part-time employee with focus on the following topics: - Evaluation and implementation of an reporting system for internal and customer reporting of support specific KPIs and SLAs. - Supporting the implementation of support-relevant monitoring checks.
