In my position I was responsible for the Amsterdam office. In my job I led a team of 12 consultants and was still number one recruiter of the office specialised in high-end recruitment and tailor-made solutions for my clients and candidates. Next the the team and turnover responsibility I was also responsible for all international IT operations.

I was at SIRE from the start of the company and helped build-up the company from the start. In the start-up fase I had to build-up several markets which where later given to new employees. As a Senior recruiter I also trained new employees and was responsible for helpen on operation side of the company.

I was senior recruitment consultant for sales & marketing professionals in the food and FMCG industry in The Netherlands. In this job I managed one recruiter in the sales & marketing team

I was business development manager for the out of home market in the east of The Netherlands. I build an business unit from nothing.
