Responsibility: 3,000+ fte, revenue approx. 3.5 billion. This division was the result of a complete overhaul of the KPN organization. Leadership of rigorous change programmes involving workers councils, road shows, external parties, customers, etc. and finalized integration successfully. Great learning process. Repositioned the portfolio for the business markets/segments. Preparing closing down 32 business centers.

Project organization for acquiring of a very large and politically sensitive project for mobile Communications system for Police, Fire Services, Ambulance and Security Services (Tetra technology for C2000 project). Initial value > 350 million expanding to close to 1 billion.

Responsible for Workstations of Convergent Technologies (an acquisition of Unisys Corp.) for the Dutch market – for mainly financial institutions.
