Supporting EMEA customers with mission critical systems and services to ensure service availability and performance are matching the business requirements. Delivering operational assessments, analyzing the results and provide a roadmap of activities to secure a seamless service delivery and achieve operational excellence. Within a team developed monitoring solutions to monitor on premises infrastructure services, business services or online services end-to-end.

During the 7 years I supported customers and partner onsite to improve their IT Service Management capabilities. My field of activity includes development of IT Service Management and optimization of operational processes. Examples are: End-to-end monitoring of business services, change and release management, optimization of service desks, IT services assessment etc. Customers varies from governance, banking and industry sector.

Global Technical Account Manager supporting global customers, in pharma (7y) and banking industry (5y). Supported the customers in the tactical and operation area. Responsibilities included: Lifecycle Management of Microsoft products, Security, global support coordination and escalation to the product groups. Focusing strongly on prevention of incidents and investment into proactive engagements to support well-functioning business services.

The starting point of my IT career has been at Unisys, where I was learning from ground up, first working with peripheral equipment but started to work with mainframes 9 month later. Later worked onsite at UBS becoming responsible within a small team for their productive mainframes. From a technical and product know-how I was able to cover 9 different Unisys systems, for 3 of them I was a teacher to train new engineers on the different systems and provided as well support within the country.
