Leveraging 13+ years of Salesforce expertise, I serve as a key technical leader within Stada’s Enterprise Architecture team, driving the CRM vision and strategy for the Digital Sales and Marketing organization on a global scale. My focus is on architecting scalable, efficient, and future-ready CRM solutions that support diverse business units worldwide.

Started as a hands-on Salesforce Technical Expert and grew into a full-fledged Solution Architect, leading the design and delivery of scalable, high-performing CRM solutions that supported Bruker’s global business and product teams. This role was a key milestone in my journey from deep technical implementation toward strategic architectural ownership.

7 years of total experience in IT industry in the implementation, customization, integration and developing of various Salesforce CRM applications using Sales Cloud, Service cloud and Community Cloud. Strong knowledge on Service cloud, Sales cloud, Lightning platform, Apex Triggers and Visual Force, Integration using REST/SOAP Protocols, Wave Analytics and Lightning Web components.

Kick-started my Salesforce career by working with top-tier banking clients, delivering custom solutions on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms. This role laid the foundation for my technical depth in Salesforce development and solutioning, where I evolved from a hands-on developer into a proactive senior developer taking on ownership, leadership, and delivery responsibilities.
