As an Automation Engineer at Di Matteo, I develop a Matlab object-oriented framework for various bulk material handling equipment used in the cement industry and induce industrial automation strategies in the simulation framework. As part of continuous improvement (CI) to the project, currently working on optimizing the alternative energy usage of a cement industry with advanced control strategies.

Worked as a technical assistant to perform Finite Element Analysis of 1D and 2D rod elements using MATLAB

Developed a MATLAB/Simulink based user framework to analyze the performance of Mechanical Separators and Industrials Screeners. Using object-oriented coding, an Industrial screener is developed, tested and validated for the energy consumption to establish in Cement production plant simulation framework

Worked as a mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a newly constructed Tubular Battery Plant at Amara Raja Group of Companies.

Observations were recorded on the conventional techniques used in Mechanical Maintenance in the Automative Battery production plant and suggested for automated machine maintenance techniques.

Had developed MATLAB tool to execute virtualt test for an IC engine to compute fuel efficiency, fuel consumption, Output performance and Efficiency
