Reorganzing the manufacturing process of power saws. Stihl is the leader in manufacturing power saws. They have a revenue of about 2.8 billons Euro in 2012. My job was to ask automate and optimize the proces of the hedge trimmer. We were able to increase the output by 12%. I also had the oppurtunity to accomplish several manufacturing methods within a trial apprenticeship.
I was privileged to teach young student in their first year of their studies the fundamentals of Mathematics and Mechanics. In my area of responsibility was to prepare the exercise hours, manage a classroom of approximately 40 students, answer their questions in office hours and prepare and create exercises for the students.
