Arbeitete ich als Project Management Office Support Manager, unterstütze das Projektmanagement-Team bei der Projekten Integration, Planung und Monitoring Prozessen und arbeite auch mit Digitalisierungsthemen wie der Erstellung von Dashboards, KPIs, Datenautomatisierung usw. *Tools benützt: Unified Planning, VersionOne, Jira, Power BI, Skywise Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint), G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Sites, Gmail, App Maker), Google Data Studio.

Digitalisation Project within A320 Family+

I did research about 'learn to swim' market around the globe and studies different patterns of changes happened from the past. This research data would be useful for the Turtle Pack business to penetrate the swimming product market successfully. And with study of various products and a survey we had developed couple of new products which would cover the gap between functionality and fun to use, making them more reliable and comfortable to both swim instructor and kids.

I had worked for the past two years as the Assistant System Engineer for General Electric company client in GE Power division for Turbine plant installation process around the globe. Even though my role is to develop a software for the process as per the client requirement, but I am fortunate to be in touch with the supply chain management processes in a way to organize the data and make process improvements.

I had the opportunity to do an analysis of important areas in the supply chain management. I was assigned with the task of analyzing B515 HVAC System Assembly following the Lean Process flow principles. Experienced and learned about leadership, production control, agile systems, coordination, etc.

I had the opportunity to have insight into the shipbuilding process from initial design phase to manufacturing and assembling parts of the ship. I got exposure to shipbuilding process, metallurgy needed and safety measures for the workers.
