I led the customer loyalty solutions team at Wirecard. We were working on an award winning loyalty program, which helps our business users to create campaigns for select products, create coupons using which, our end users can gain points for purchases and redeem them. I mentored a growing team of 8 members including BAs, Technical Project Managers and QAs.

Acted as the Product Owner for several modules of the consumer cards platform. The consumer cards platform supports various end consumer features such as Peer-2-Peer payments, contact-less payments, flexible fees and flexible contracts to name a few. The solution supports end consumers for a seamless payment experience at several merchant sites globally. Followed SCRUM to add value in short iterations. I led a team of three BAs to deliver various features for consumers.

eSight is a BI based energy management software consisting of innovative dashboards, reporting, alarms and billing functionalities. eSight collects real time energy consumption data from several smart meters and provides comprehensive insight to identify energy consumption anomalies so that corrective action can be taken. As a product consultant, I identified the pain points of our clients and proposed appropriate methods to cut energy consumption costs.
