- Gaining live insights from German colleagues on their business domain (smart heating devices / boilers) to bring in more adaptive changes in their product cycle software solution - Identifying the IT gaps across the product chain to bring in more integration in product life cycle - Training all the Project Leaders on the usage of the tool thus increasing the usability
