I am the only person running the daily business and helping with business planning for the company. My main tasks include book keeping, tax reporting, purchasing, business plan modification for fund raising, liaison with all business stakeholders.

As a business analyst in Security IT, UBS, I support Project/Program, Product & Service Managers on process design and management. I specify the CCS product features, identify and document stakeholder requests and translate into features and requirements of the product, to ensure project quality and traceability. I support Configuration Manager on UBS security standard management, risk analysis, and compliance monitoring process.

Data management for mobile app development in a Swiss-based startup company.

Staff of the 2014 World Economic Forum Davos service team. I had a special assignment to liaise with Chinese delegates and partners for event organization during the WEF; Chinese-English translation, etc.

I learned fundamental risk modeling methodologies and performed market research and risk analysis of prospective business partners in Chinese markets. During the internship, I prepared a report on China’s non-life insurance industry and interacted with core clients from China with a view towards developing new business partnerships.

I assisted in organization of International Disaster & Risk Conference, online forum promotion project, website maintenance, and communication with all stakeholders.

I performed research in biomaterial and engineering program at AO Research Institute.
