At New Relic, I serve as a Principal Developer Relations Engineer, passionately advocating for developers and operations experts. My role involves creating educational content, facilitating workshops, and speaking at conferences to elevate the understanding of observability. Recently, I have concentrated on AI/LLM observability, ensuring that AI applications are performant and secure.

Evangelizing Snyk's developer experience platform, including new product features & providing customer feedback to Snyk product management and engineering groups. Supporting the Enterprise Sales team with opportunity qualification, demonstrations, Proof of Value presentations (PoV/PoC), RfP responses & business justification in a pre-sales capacity. Always thinking outside the box and how to improve the platform in a scalable fashion.

- Presentation of the commercetools platform (architecture and functional scope) - technical questions in the sales team - development of the overall architecture incl. other involved systems and the migration strategy - Requests for Proposal/specifications - Conception, implementation and presentation of our demo stores and customized sample solutions - MACH (Micro-services, API first, Cloud Native, Headless) principles
