Analysis of structural, Model, Thermal, Explicit dynamic, Eigenvalue buckling etc of assembly objects with ANSYS. CFD analysis of IC Engine, Heat Transfer, Particle tracking, Multiphase, DPM etc in ANSYS Fluent & CFX. Work based on 3D part and assembly modeling in different software like Creo, Solidworks. Working with industrial and student projects. Train students in analysis and modeling software.

Project work assigned & completed on C-rail engine assembly line which are as followed: To increase the productivity of oil sump tightening machine. To decrease the cycle time of oil sump tightening station. To increase the productivity of head cover tightening machine.

Work profile focused on Maintenance of Ships (tugboats) which include as following: Maintaining tugboat’s engine & machinery. Engine overhauling, decarburization, hourly based routine etc. Assisting shore support. Maintaining inventory control of spares. To supervise planned maintenance system. Maintaining data on SAP system.

M. Tech in Mining Machinery Engineering studied Design, Development, Manufacturing and Maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery from IIT (ISM), Dhanbad.
