Project management for Siemens, the Master System Integrator at the Terminal 2 at rebuild Heathrow / UK, the biggest terminal at the largest airport of Europe. The delivery scope includes all security, communication, data, airport operation and building systems but also terminal, airport and airline integration. Responsible for defining business and organization. People responsibility for currently up to 40 employees in design.

Founded 2003, the ATTC - Austrian Traffic Telematics Cluster - was founded by sixteen well known Austrian companies. The goal is to support telematics systems for traffic mobility both on the Austrian market and on world markets and to initiate research and development in that field.

Project Management for CCTV system at the Metropolitan Police London (Scotland Yard), setting up the largest video surveillance system in the world. Overall responsibility for the video system (overall project 50 m€, video system 20m€), the project was done in 2 years instead of 5 years. Due to the high customer satisfaction Frequentis received a "Certificate of Commendation", the only one ever issued by the Met Police for a system supplier!

New business management for Vision&Telematics, responsible for business strategy, concepts, project management and co-operations for vision and telematics systems. Research and concepts on video analysis, satellite positioning systems etc

Program management for the participation in the Austrian road pricing tender (“LKW Maut”), responsible for business strategy, technical concept, partnering and telematics applications (Telematics was established as a corporate business innovation program based on my business proposal.
