I have established CSC Software and Computer Service Company with my partner. CSC has been offered Solutions for the small and mid-size companies, for software, hardware, system establishment solutions for manufacturing stages and marketing solutions. After sales service, Project and support managed. In addition to this, after year 2001 financial crisis, CSC has changed toward more of being software Solution Company.

I have worked as Technical Service Manager, managed service organization, planning, customer relation and dealer management.

After completion of my military service, I returned to the company with a new job description which included Service and personal planning, competency matching and management, performance evaluation, customer relations, as Technical Service Manager.

More than 200 Public and Private sector customers system establishment and after sales service and support were achieved by my team under my management. In this customer portfolio, Health Ministry, World Bank, Etibank and Turkish Military Head Quarter were present. Serkom was the solution partner of IBM and countless of Novell and IBM servers design, installation and application has been done under my management.

I have started to work as team leader for the project of Secondary school’s Computer Laboratory establishment with cabling, hardware selection installation, make them ready to present for acceptance. In the project RG58 cable systems, Novell 2.2 and MS-Dos 4.0 were used. In addition to that, similar project for military schools completed. After project completion, as a representative of Seagate HDD, Fujitsu Printer, Tandon Computer consumables, I achieved after sales technical service and support.
