Assisted with front-desk banking operations at a savings bank branch, including processing customer deposits and withdrawals and preparing transfer forms. Participated in customer advisory meetings to observe consultative banking processes.

Handled customer service and cash register operations in a fast-paced retail environment while attending school.

Developed a small C#/WinForms scanning game during a short internship, simulating a retail-style barcode/QR scanner. The game displayed multiple QR codes on screen, one highlighted in green; the task was to scan the green code as fast as possible, with speed determining the score. Gained first practical exposure to event-driven programming and barcode scanner hardware integration in a real software company setting.

Transferred from International Studies in Management after one year, choosing a more technically focused program aligned with my interest in the intersection of business and IT.

Completed one year before transferring to the Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik (Business Informatics) at the same university, after determining that a more technical, IT-focused program better matched my interests and career goals.

Focused on Mathematics and Geography as advanced-level (Leistungskurs) subjects. Achieved strong results in Mathematics throughout, including a 13-point average in the qualification phase.
