Supporting the department in country risk analysis, unsatisfactory audit reports and in the anlaysis of operational risk event. Keeping track of audit committies of legal entities in Central and Eastern Europe countries. Attending and reporting on regular meetings with heads of internal audit CEE departments. Contribution in the organisation of the CEE audit conference in Vienna.

Managing the crowd with a team of more than 30 people.

Promotion of AIESEC products, recruitment of applicants and managing financial budgets for AIESEC Wiener Neustadt. Team members including myself support strategy creation and implementation on local level to ensure higher performance by the Local Committees. The team is overall responsible for performance in the area and should ensure a high quality and quantity of outgoing exchanges realized.

ARIMA is a four-semester, part-time master programme that aims to impart all-encompassing understanding of the connections between asset and risk management. Both managerial functions deal with the same subject matter but from different vantage points.
