Hassan Abbas Mir

Currently working as a Business Analyst(Junior Consultant) in domain of Communications and technology. My work mainly focuses to identify opportunities, risks and areas of improvement for our clients through analysis and research. In addition, I assist with project management, including project planning, status reporting, control and monitoring. I provide technical insights for prioritization and optimization to fast track the performance and results in collaboration with team members.

I worked on Warid Managed Services Project, me and my team was responsible for providing senior level technical support as we supervised WaridTel network operations of more than 1000 2G and LTE sites in Central-I(Local) Region. It also included Commissioning, Configuration, Software Upgrades of Ericsson Equipment to proactively address needs to reduce network outage. I was responsible for resolving Customer Complaints in coordination with BSS, Transmission, VAS and Optimization departments.

I worked on Warid SCO, 2G Offload and LTE Rollout Projects. It included planning and completion of 6 batches of Network Expansions and 4 batches of 2G Offload. Supervised LTE Rollout of 100 sites in different regions. I was responsible for in site Solution, Installation, Design and RFI.

I worked on Expansion and RAN. I completed 43 assignments in North, Central, South and USF regions. I prepared BOQ according to scope, budget estimations and expenditure reports.
