Reklamationsmanagement und Qualitätssteigerung von Produkten sowie Erstellung von 8D-Berichten für die Automobilindustrie auf Basis von Ursachenanalysen sowie gängiger Qualitätswerkzeuge.

Unterstützung von Forschungs- und Entwicklung zur Herstellung wettbewerbsfähiger, pumped und non-pumped Solarthermieanlagen aus Vollkunststoff oder Hybridmaterial.
