Collect and define mobile operator services requirements. Write Service Requirements Specifications (SRS) with high level of details, clarity and accuracy. Ensure up-to-date SRS according to customer and project changes Lead (or help) finalization of SRS with customer Ensure work delivery on-time (with early planning and proactive attitude towards involved company and customer parties) Ensure visibility of work progress and identify early work needs and issues

Creating standard operation procedure (SOP) for all day to day operations. Measuring running service and team success Using standard KPIs with customer. Monitor the ticketing system to ensure solving/closing inside SLA. Attend weekly meeting with customer, high level management. Creating all business/technical reports for all services. Train and mentor new employees. Monitor the productivity and accuracy of all the Team Members. Ensure service implemented as per Company guide lines.
