- Management of Flight Test activities, requirements, experiments, tools and spares - Assure and maintain airworthiness of flight test engines - Leading of multi-disciplinary teams - Liaising and communication with the aircraft manufacturer - Provisioning of flight test relevant documentation - Reporting of flight test activities to the Chief Engineer Team

- Define and maintain module capability strategy - Align research strategy to future requirements and products - Develop and maintain high quality suppliers for technologies - Secure internal and external funding and required resources - Management of R&T programs to achieve deliverables to cost, time and quality

- Coordination of projects in strong collaboration with universities and external research facilities - Preparing and executing of compressor rig tests - Technology development for large civil aircraft engines (XWB 97k) and business jet engines (Pearl 15, Pearl 700)
