Deliver Learning and Development to a whole factory with 25 staff, working with all levels of responsibility. This includes one-to-one numeracy and literacy training, team leadership training, customer service, general education and management coaching.

Managing a small training business that is about to open an online resource shop, The Focus Shop, and release a new personal development program entitled "The Kaleidoscope Effect".

This is a voluntary position and I currently do all functions associated with the organisation including graphic design, newsletter, manage the website and event coordination.

Deliver training to a broad range of clients, both one-to-one, in the workplace and in the classroom. Currently teaching Small Business Management to 15 year olds, which is very exciting and interesting.

Co-edited a 116 page professional standard women's magazine, including journalism, layout and design, editing, marketing, distribution and promotions.

Delivered business training to migrants, also Electrotechnology Industry overview to school students and Career Development to youth workers.

Completed various projects including producing a 35 minute DVD on the subject of Flexible Work Options, creating a database to log EEO enquiries, review of six equity policies, writing a strategic policy on the deployment of police officers, and reviewing two reports.

Assisted long term unemployed to find employment and also supervised a work site.

Managed a home maintenance business.

Worked in various capacities for several government departments including Office of Seniors Interests, WA Police and WA Department of Educationa and Training. My final role was the Coordinator of a $500,000 funding program for Crime Prevention Initiatives.

Working in a small team of up to 8 performers, I toured Western Australia performing in schools, theatres, on television and radio. I was also an ambassador for World Vision.
