Introduced Percussion welding and Hi-pot testing with functional specific fixtures using SolidWorks, resulting in robust workflow and process  Optimized the production of a multicomponent Medical Device assembly by applying stack-up tolerance analysis to tighten tolerances on secondary production prints. This improved interchangeability, reliability, and reduced nonconformance

 Ideated, designed, and prototyped encasing for smart speaker using Google AIY kit and Solidworks under guidance of Product Design Engineers, experiencing product lifecycle from concept to prototype development and assembly  Conducted extensive research on market impact of the product to gain idea of product popularity, Designed Millennium Falcon from STARWARS into an AI speaker, considering Injection molding as design constraints
