Heike Kammerer

Since I have joined the International Graduate Programme of Scottish & Newcastle plc, I have changed countries and functions three times. I first started as an Innovation Project Manager in the group’s French headquarters in Strasbourg, then moved on to the Italian market as a Sales & Customer Marketing Coordinator, and I am currently working in the Greek office supporting the Finance department as a Commercial Finance Planning Analyst.

I worked as an Italian language teacher about 2 evenings per week giving beginners and advanced classes.

I gained significant knowledge in project management and event organisation facing the challenge of developing the idea of a “Redken Club 5th Avenue” in Spain, and preparing its national launch. I gained deeper insight in successful benchmarking by analysing the national cosmetics market. Elaborating new customer promotions allowed me to understand successfully implemented marketing expertise

Dominican Republic: Dealing with complaints and several problems gave me the opportunity to consolidate efficient customer communication, and a capacity for rapid problem solving. I acquired extensive knowledge in successfully managing the whole sales process, being in charge of excursion sales. Achieved the second highest monthly sales level per customer and being awarded the “TUI Excellence Award 2005” for excellent customer service.
