- Leading investment projects to optimize operational processes and workflows - Leading of task forces and driving continuous improvement projects - Developing of Excel-based tools for various purposes using VBA: project tracking and reporting, process simulation, routine calculations - Regular exchange with process experts other plants on operational excellence topics - Training of employees in technical, methodical and safety-related topics crucial for maintaining a safe and efficient workplace

- Introducing new products, processes and equipment into production incl. operator training - Project responsibility in investment projects - Optimization of production processes for coating suspensions (rheology) and powder production - Conducting of line trials studies incl. reporting - Serving as dangerous goods officer and safety data sheet administrator - Supporting international commissioning of new production processes with stays in China, South Africa, Japan, and South Korea
