Development of Thermo-Mechanical model for tilt angle calculation of Micromirrors

- Analysis of a compact micro mirrors tilt angle of a MEMS structure. - Process involves calculation of tip deflection of MCMA and tilt angle when it is electrically actuated. - FEM is used with Ansys 2021R to implement Electro-Thermal simulation for MEMS structure. - Study of multiple material properties to simulate to conclude which is compatible to the structure for maximum deflection. - Simulation resulted in increase of tilt angle to approximately 43% compared to the previous models.
