Currently associated with Faurecia Interior System Germany as Product Design Engineer. Skill Set:- • Knowledge / Experience in Design & Development of Automotive Interiors plastic parts IP, DP & CC • Plastic design & process considerations for Injection, Tooling, US & Vibration welding, Cutting, Punching. • Process like Thermo covering, Vacuum covering, slush foam, leather covering, IMG. • Airflow cross section & routing design in defroster & demister area. • Design and develop of Glove Box and its Mechanisms parts. • Vehicle regulations ECE R21 and FMVSS 201 analysis • Proficiency in working with Catia V5 and UG NX to capture design intent using effective methodology to fulfill the requirements of customer.
