During the CF UX program I further deepened my understanding of user-centered design principles and specialized in methodologies & tools. I applied my skills in UX research, wire-framing, prototyping & user testing to create the compelling well-being app - ‘Olive’. The program allowed me to really deep-dive and work through the whole design thinking process, which for an UXer is a rare opportunity in the ‘real world’.

Managed multiple client warehouse operations for Johnson & Johnson, delivering projects and business improvements like voice picking and productivity dashboards. Successfully led the E2E implementation of FORTIVE Advanced Sterilization Products, fostering a strong work culture.

E2E responsibility for everything design-related with a strong focus on the mobile & desk-top platform for B2C sales and B2B acquisition. This also included packaging, branding, social media and online marketing. Additionally, I optimized operational processes and introduced a unique tracking system, which enabled us to analyze critical metrics related to the dry-aging progress and ultimately increased our product quality significantly.

I've had the opportunity to work in various roles for DHL, including Workstream Lead, Project Manager, and Product Manager. As a Workstream Lead, I improved the user experience and key performance indicators. As a Project Manager, I reduced full-time employee hours by optimizing processes. And as a Product Manager, I assessed and improved product offerings while introducing automated reporting.

Conceptualizing potential business cooperation with cross-sector market leading corporates or upcoming Start-ups to increase downloads or traffic on the digital products of RTL Interactive, including Business Case Calculations, Negotiations, Reporting and hosting of Workshops (Virtual Reality, Mobile Marketing..).

Studying Business Administration (B.Sc.) while gaining relevant working experience in key departments of the German Headquarter: Product Management, Digital as well as Face-to-Face Sales, Marketing and Business Cooperation.
