Together with my team responsible for Data Migration for 2 parallel projects. DSM Coating Resins Europe consist 2 entities(ES/NL) which need to be migrated onto SAP 4.7 + APO. The other part is the on-boarding of DSM Functional Materials USA to SAP 4.7 + APO. The different Workflow processes to be merged consist areas FI, CO, MM and SD, PP will be implemented parallel as a new development.

Responsible for Data migration of Plant Maintenance data. Several material types, PBS Structure, critical SHE/QA/Cost, from DSM NeoResins system MP2 to SAP6.0 ECC. Part of the Data migration scope is the data connection to SAP SRM catalogue structure. Additional to this project is the implementation of GWOS (Prometheus) which will be an SAP add-on.

Responsible for data migration of multiple systems, e.g. SAP 4.6 c; AIMS and others, to SAP 4.7 include APO for a legal merger of 2 DSM Companies within USA. This also consist approx. 50 different SAP Workflow processes in the area of MM, SD, FI and CO. Data cleansing and data quality is part of the project scope.

Responsible for data migration of multiple databases, include Chinese Scala ERP, to DSM Standard SAP system in multilingual setup. Efficiency improvement by standardizing maintenance processes. I.e. the implementation of approx. 50 different SAP Workflows in the area of MM, SD, FI and CO. Responsible for the connection of China to the Global Master Data Management organization.

Responsible for Vendor data migration of DCNA Augusta AIMS system to DSM Coating Resins system SAP 4.6c include connections to existing Vendor Workflow processes.

Responsible for analyzing processes, developing and implementing SAP workflow Processes across 9 different SAP systems. Implementation and training roll out within Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia, in total 64 sites in 39 countries involved. Part of the scope was the worldwide connection to the Global Master Data Management Organization within DNP. Web interfaces to SAP workflow included.

The so called DSM NPower project needed experienced Data Migration and Workflow implementation skills to be able to full fill business needs. The existing team was not able to full fill business requirements in an already 2,5 year running project. In the interim role focussed on the closure of gaps between knowledge and business requirements to be able to translate into data migration strategies and processes.

The Crossbow project consist the implementation of DSM own SAP kernel include standardization of processes. In this Coordinator role responsible for Data migration of all involved areas and the implementation of standardized workflow processes. At the same time responsible for the efficiency improvement of SAP workflow at DSM Coating resins b.v.

As Project manager responsible for running several projects e.g. 1) automatic MSDS distribution SAP => Docstore => Customer 2) Developing REACH IT structure 3) Workflow implementation and optimizing processes within 3 different Business Units within DSM Resins 4) Efficiency improvement of Data Maintenance processes

Responsible within the Worldwise project for the technical implementation of Regulatory software. A software application for the automatic creation of regulatory documentation in approx. 30 languages (e.g. Workplace Safety Card, Material Safety Data Sheet, Transport data sheet, Internal data sheet etc.) include interfaces to web solution. (Outside in  inside out) During this period President of an international user group. As member of the Project management responsible for customer care.

Responsible for the implementation of software systems. Applications and tools for the improvement of Master Data Maintenance. In the same period member of several international user groups, of involved system.

Project coordination in the roll-out of DSM standardizing project Aurora. Project consist the roll-out of DSM standard hard and software include server farm. During this period SAP knowledge champion in the areas logistics, production, sales and warehouse management. As local data manager responsible for data maintenance SAP and within Production process used process systems. Responsible for challenging the business to improve SAP processes in the production key areas.

During the implementation of SAP at DSM Resins Filago, Italy trained as SAP Key-user. Responsible for supporting the preparation, implementation and support of SAP 2.2f at Schoonebeek production plant. Responsible for several SAP interface logistics systems.

Responsible for several logistics processes include support to planning and production. Main focus on analyzing, optimizing and implementation of automated logistic systems.
