As operations manager I oversee the big picture of the internal logistics and I manage the service engineering team. It gives me satisfaction to screen processes and organize them more efficiently. For example, I am proud of the successful implementation of a new system for our customer administration.

I oversee the big picture within the microbiology team. Within the team we all have our expertise and it is my task as a team leader to align our activities with the other business processes.

At Watter BV, we founded the Vita Bovis brand to meet the demand for sustainable cattle care products.

Watter BV has developed a patented technology with which a very powerful and sustainable disinfectant is produced on site. My role is to research and guide application development with a particular focus on the medical sector.

Access control, bar, cloakroom, service, administration, stock management and logistics.

Preparing practicals, teaching, guiding and managing groups of students and assessing lab journals.
