Über mich
With a background in biomedical sciences and years of experience in industry and hospitality, I have learned to work both efficiently and thoroughly with an emphasis on achieving goals. Within Watter BV I have grown in just a few years to a role as both team leader and operations manager, whilst maintaining my focus on application developments for our sustainable disinfectant. Outside of work I can be found on a racing bike, the volleyball court or with friends. After many years behind the bar, it is certainly not annoying to be able to stand on the other side every now and then.

As operations manager I oversee the big picture of the internal logistics and I manage the service engineering team. It gives me satisfaction to screen processes and organize them more efficiently. For example, I am proud of the successful implementation of a new system for our customer administration.
