Development of a new business area that's going to be an MGA in cooperation with an insurer. Research of every single aspect of the implementation as follows: most appropriate technology; conception, and development of the PoC; meetings with strategic partners; recruiting; support systems; further definition of the system architecture, detailed functions, and implementation roadmap; team leading remote and locally. Development of Cash Market Products such as Fixed Income Vehicles, Brazilian Depositary Receipts (BDRs), ETFs (traditional and non-traditional), among others. I have been also participating in Working Groups and developing studies about: local market integration, ETNs, Blockchain and FinTechs.
