Located in Sarajevo, performed contingency contracting in support of NATO's Implementation Force (IFOR) and Stabilization Force (SFOR) Prepared and negotiated supply, maintenance, and service contracts for the multi-national force. Lead buyer supporting high visibility programs such as the Gorazde Corridor Access Tract roadwork and construction of two suspension bridges over the Drina River.

Maintenance manager of Intermediate Avionics Maintenance for F-15, F-16, and A-10 aircraft while supervising over 120 technicians. Initiated process improvement working groups for F-15, F-16, and A-10 aircraft, reducing the reparable parts pipeline flow time by 50 percent. Created a modification program to accomplish upgrading all the European Command's 45 ALQ-131 Electronic Countermeasures Pods providing increased pilot and aircraft protection.
