Why do I find my profession- Risk management - so fascinating? Risk management is one of the most widely spread fields within an organization and you need to act on risk issues with all echelons of the organization; from the strategy on the board, the management's policy, and its implementation in the line and on the work floor. Without going into the content, the above context is what has fascinated me in my work as a risk management specialist for the past 35 years.

Risk analysis of the development of the 'Centrum voor Bewegen & Sport Zuiderpark'. On the basis of desk research, interviews and a Risk & Control Self Assessment workshop, the biggest risks were identified, mitigating measures were identified and a Risk Action Plan was drawn up. I received a lot of appreciation for the risk management techniques used, the workshop and communication/social skills
